Conference Information

 


This is our reality right now! ;)

We are doing our best to hammer out details and get you information in a timely manner so that we are all prepared for next week.  That being said, please know that everything is subject to change. Hence, the graphic above...  What we have now are best-laid plans.  When and if they change, we will let you know.  FLEXIBLE is the word of the year. We are partners in your child's education and this village has to work together! 


Conferences this week

Click HERE for the Zoom link.  We will have a virtual waiting room. Conferences are 15 minutes each and we hope you will help us honor those times.  We will see that you are in the waiting room and we will do our best to start and end each conference on time but sometimes we end up a few minutes behind schedule.  We ask for your patience if we are running late and please cross your fingers that technology is kind to us.:)

REMINDER: In preparation, we ask that you let your child know that we will be discussing the following as a way to get to know them a little...

  • Show and tell. Show us something and explain why it's important to you.
  • What was a highlight of your summer? 
  • What went well in 4th grade? What was a challenge? 


First Week Schedule

Click HERE for an overview of the first week of school so that you can help your child plan for their remote days. This is a "live" link so any changes we make will appear if you reload it. Check it again on Friday as we are still waiting on information from the AA/PE/World Language teachers as to how they will connect with kids remotely next week. Once we know, we will add this information to the doc.

Please know that each day we will post a DAILY checklist/agenda to Google Classroom so that your child has the more specific and detailed information they need for each day.
