We are both excited and a bit sad to watch our Wizards head upstairs to their new teams. We hope we have conveyed to you how great the past two years have been working with this group. Your students are kind, engaged, fun, thoughtful, and empathetic. We could keep going, the list is extensive but I think you get the point. They are just great human beings who make the world a better place. As one more example of their exceptional teamwork, in the image above you will notice the papers the students are holding. We tasked them with creating an award for a teammate that they would present in front of the team on the last day of school. In keeping with how they have taken on many tasks over the past years, there were no complaints when they were randomly assigned a classmate and they were both creative and thoughtful with their awards. As they presented the awards, it was clearer than ever how well they know each other and that we truly created a family here at school. They have brought so much joy to us over the past two very challenging years and we are truly grateful for that. We wish them all the best as they head to 7th grade. Please know that we are always here and we love it when Wizard alumni come to visit.
