As the year came to a close, we took some time to realize how much your students have grown! We truly appreciate the opportunity to work with this amazing group of young people. Thank you for your continued support for us and our students. One end-of-year Wizard tradition is that we ask students to create a digital "yearbook" in the form of slideshow . Enjoy many fun memories of the past year. In addition, some Wizard students colloborated with Ms. Michael and wrote a piece published in the Waterubury Roundabout. You can read the article here. Please read a few quick but important notes and enjoy some photos from our team breakfast and paper plate awards.
Wishing you and your family a happy summer,
Melinda, Tiffany, and Aimee

Math over the summer
I often get asked "What can I do to support my math learner at home?". Most of the 5th grade students have been working on learning their multiplication and division facts up through x 12 using Math Fact Lab. Students should be able to continue to log into their account using their google login or by going to classlink and accessing the program from there. The goal is for students to complete up through level N. The practice is also timed so that students will practice for 15 minutes and then the sessions ends. Continuing this practice 2-3 times a week will be beneficial for students who need to learn these facts.
